Digital Marketing Manager
* Develop and implement medium and long-term vision for digital marketing, including infrastructure development, staffing model and organization, agency partnerships, measurement and optimization.
* Establish the positioning and creative direction for digital/web programs.
* Oversees external agencies and service providers regarding digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, etc.
* Pursue digital channels that help achieve CPA targets, including mobile, partnerships, affiliate programs, etc.
* Manage the data collection and analytics to allow for continuous improvement of online programs and optimization of the digital marketing spend.
* Evolve digital programs to fully utilize latest capabilities and infrastructure, like fractional attribution, dynamic landing pages, etc. while in pursuit of optimal program performance.
* Ensure strong brand alignment and consistency across all digital channels, and with any offline channels like PR.
* Keeping the best user experience, traffic growth and advertising requirements in mind.
