Finance Staff, Operation Officer, Project Administration, Office Manager, Project Control Officer
1. General Management: Prepare and update a Monthly Project Planning; Prepare and update a Monthly Project Monitoring Report; Provide information of Project Staffing and Reimbursable costs weekly; Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Team Leader in planning and monitoring work schedules effectively; Monitors project delivery status and project financial performance; Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Team Leader to ensure the project deliverable can be completed within the agreed time as stipulated in the contract; Review and analyze the contract performance, such performance to delivery schedules, pricing, terms and conditions and other contract provisions.
2. Audit Process: Assist in supporting internal and/ external audits, coordinating activities in backroom and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors; Investigates and responds to corrective actions related to Project Control.
3. Others: Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
