Job Desc : • Review and verify invoices, claim employees, and check requests • Prepare journal entries for input to the General Ledger and to accounting sub-systems (SAP Software) • Set invoices up for payment and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Maintain AP aging, clearing G/L, PR-PO, GR-IR, and vendor & customer files • Provide supporting documentation for audits • Produce monthly reports and prepare analysis of accounts • Analyze and evaluate accounting and operational information to ensure that items are properly summarized and posted in a timely and accurate manner, summarize, reconciles, adjusts, and/or reclassifies information as needed • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that daily reports are accurately prepared for management’s use • Develop document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control • Reconcile with group companies inter-company balances • Prepare financial report quarterly • Manage advance, accrue interest, accrue G/L, prepaid, OPEX, account receivable, and account payable • Prepare invoice and tax invoice to customers • Tax reconcile for tax report and GL • Calculate tax monthly (Art 21, 23/26, 4(2), VAT) and prepare
