Sales Office Head
Made monthly and Annual Activity Plan, to achieve sales target (Identification buyer in the coverage area and the activities that will be performed)
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Analyze applicantscharacter, business management, financial status, legal & advocacy, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Review, analyze, and update credit and loan files and also handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers needs

Coordinate the content of the HDIF's website, the production and dissemination of periodical newsletter and collaborate with HDIF's graphic designer in the area of copywriting.
Production and dissemination of corporate materials: overall responsibility for managing the HDIF's website and HDIF’s presence on the World Wide Web.
Provide editorial support to colleagues, specifically for:
a. Articles and promotional tools;
b. Presentations and training modules.
