Budgeting & Cost Control Staff
Job Desk :
• Prepare template, collect and consolidate data for all department to arrange WP&B (work program and budget) and WP&B revised.
• Uses financial, budget and accounting expertise to evaluate project costs and ensures that they remain within budgetary limits. A cost controller also records business activities and prepares periodic financial statements that inform top management about project progress.
• Controlling and approving the operation expenses documents in daily basis and aligning with the Budget control procedures.
• Prepare expense analysis statements that compare actual costs with budgets, showing variances, disclosing the reasons for them, and taking any appropriate action based on the analysis of the variances reports.
• Provide assistance by communicating effectively the approved and agreed budgets with all concerned Department.
• Prepare company’s Consolidation Financial Statement and its subsidiary.
