IT Process Application System
1. IT Project
• System preparation, testing and implementation
• Progress review and monitoring as time plan and milestone phase
• Define action plans for open issues
• Provide support and consultations in system/application related matters for process owners, project leaders, consultant and key users.
• Provide support and consultations in system/application related matters for process owners, project leader, consultant and key users.
2. Process and Application System Operation
• Make sure that no data discrepancy between RFDC and IMS.
• As an Incident Manager which identify and ensure that suitable solution/workarounds are followed on incidents or known error.
• Provide solution with interconnections, collaboration between application and IT infrastructure components with relating these items and the IT lifecycle.
• Problem prevention, creating problem reports and providing relevant information on errors and problems.
• Monitoring of system application Autoline DMS/IMS and its intregation with other: RFDC, SPM, Webparts, WIMS/DIMS witch vary and extensive problems.
• Propose of process and/or System Improvement.
• Ensure assign user authorization comply with Segregation of Duty & Four Eyes Principles guideline, ISO, Information Security and ITIL Procedure in daily operation.
3. Information & IT Security
• Implement Information Security processes based on security principles, policies, standards and guidance from the local Information Security Officer or the Security Line Functions
• Ensure that all Daimler Information is processed according to its requirements for confidentiality,integrity and availability.
• Setup and Management of related procedures and processes (Policies,working instruction, guidelines and audit trails)
• Assurance of administrator's code of ethics
• Compliance to Daimler AG Integrity Code
• Compliance to Daimler AG Policies and Guidelines.
