• Doing data input about customers’ orders and making sure that the data are correctly covered.
• Monitoring fabric stocks regarding to customers’ orders
• Handling customers’ requests such as delivery date and mode, required fabric quality, fabric tests, etc by giving related information about the requests to dispatch and production team.
• Giving information to production, QC, and dispatch department about customers’ requests, feedback, and/or complaints so that we can obtain the best solution for each problem.
• Communicating with customers by phone, email, and/or meeting.
• Assisting marketing manager regarding to marketing needs.
• Preparing samples to be sent to customers for shipment sample or promotion.
• Monitoring fabric quality and collection plan.
Writing articles in English and Indonesian for web blogs about various topics such as fashion, cars, practical tips, football, and any other topics.
