Being in the Marketing Communication division for a very enthusiastic and fastly growing company, Damn! I Love Indonesia (PT. Dinamika Anak Muda Nasional). I am given responsibility to handle every activities and aspects in the digital area to support the branding and e-commerce objectives.

Head of Digital Marketing
Directly in charge and responsible of the digital marketing division. Supported by a concise team, handle digital activities including: media partners, Social ads, Google Ads (Adwords & GDN), SEO, offer wall, in-game monetization, etc. Advertising rates are ranging from CPM - CPA to CPI - CPE and incentive to non-incentive with objectives as far as registrations/leads (action) and installs & engagements. Furthermore, assist the marketing needs of all the projects, for instance by partnering and maintaining relationship with any possible 3rd parties from national and international countries with different type of services and technologies. Track results of running ads and create daily - weekly - monthly reports to ensure effectivities for the campaigns. Moreover, utilize the report to make evalution for better strategy in the future and also manage the budgetting of all game project to ensure activities of the marketing campaigns. Product of companies: online games including web based, client, and mobile games. Handling end to end activities in the Social Media division. Also, supervise social media team to make all work more effective and smoothly done. Make rooms for each one of the do-er to feel appreciated and could grow into their better self. Encourage the team to be more skeptic, detail, punctual and out-spoken about every project. Delegate tasks and help the team to learn by doing. Periodic review to constantly level up internal team in doing all of the tasks.
