Provide and analyse KPI (Case Fill Rate – service level review, Sales Plain Attainment – sales review, and Demand Forecast Analyze – demand review) every week/month.
Closely monitor in Customer Service and Distribution / Total Order Management: Order Generation, Order Acquisition, Order Processing, Shipment and Delivery Execution, Billing.
Monitor Order Booking from distributors, ensure the order date is as same as the Fixed Day Ordering, and monitor Purchase Order from Direct Key Account. Ensure the orders both from MT and GT have delivered. Coordinate with supply planning team regarding the availability stock, monitor the shipment, release stock, so that the customer service team could serves customer’s demand.
Create a new customer in the system to support the distribution, coordinate with related function regarding the TOP and structure discount for every customer.
Monitor, analyze and coordinate with Supply Planning and Demand Planning regarding product availability, product allocation, and customer prioritization to achieve optimum service level.
Monitor and follow up Log and channelling complaint/feedback received from customer to respective parties.
Support projects related to Operations and monitor its implementation will be done as per agreed timeline
Monitor Out Of Stock (OOS) Improvement and Return Process and also POSM stocks.
