Customer Experience Management

Control end-to end service deliverable / Standardization (pre-post) launch across all product and services and across customer life cycle/moment of Journey. And Assess all possible impact that might impair the customer experience standard and promises and address it accordingly to the further tested and address to respective parties to recommend the final call for pre-launch , as well as Post Launch. Responsibilities : 1. To involve end-to-end CE Quality monitoring which cover all aspect services (people, device, touch point, and services such as ( Data, Voice, SMS,VAS, International Roaming, Network, etc)) 2. Perform end-to-end testing strategy and policies across all product and service 3. Develop and Define service deliverable / standardization 4. Providing weekly, monthly report complete with recommendation in order to make improvement for CE 5. To act as liaison to other unit/Dept./Division for related operational activities , issues , and initiatives in order to address any deviation based on quality assurance report 6. To follow-up on issues identified related with service and product experience 7. To Support daily operational activities on QC and compliance monitoring department
