Document Controller cum Project Secretary
My position as document controller required me to manage all project documentation (procedures, guidelines, forms), includes engineering/technical, operation, supply chain management, human resources, training and development, as well as health, safety and environmental generated by company. I performed quality control checks to ensure company generated documents comply with company's and client's document management system; and the documents were properly implemented.
As project secretary, I worked directly under the project manager. In this role I performed management assistance and supervisory assignment over several administration staffs of respective departments. I had to ensure that the staffs maintain their administrative activities, such as filling system, reporting, correspondence, and records.
