Assistant Project Manager of ASEAN Conference on Social Entrepreneurship (project-based work)
UnLtd Indonesia and Singapore International Foundation ran the ASEAN Conference on Social Entrepreneurship 2016 in Singapore and its Project Showcase in Jakarta. Supported by ASEAN Foundation through the Japan-ASEAN Solidarity Fund, the purpose of this conference was to provide a regional platform promoting social entrepreneurship and fostering collaboration in the region. There were 150 participating social enterprises, country partners and ecosystem leaders worked in partnership to produce tangible collaborative projects. As an Assistant Project Manager, I worked in a small team throughout the contract period. My main responsibilities include providing overall conference logistics and administrative support, handling procurement & financial issues and reporting, and assisting in developing selection criteria and curating social enterprise nominees. I also worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth operations during pre-event, on-site and post-event activities.

Project Officer of PRAKARSA (project-based work)
PRAKARSA is a social enterprise competition for high school students in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. Supported by DBS Bank Indonesia, the purpose of this competition was to promote social entrepreneurship knowledge and to foster entrepreneurial skills and innovation to high school students. More than 100 students from top 5 schools in Bekasi were involved in the competition, produced more than 30 different social business ideas. I worked in a small team as a Project Officer. My main responsibilities were to establish schedules and task assignments, prepared budgetary recommendations, and developed selection criteria for ideas curation. Along with the team members, I also ensured smooth activities during workshops, exhibitions and judging sessions, and facilitated the selected participants to develop their social business ideas throughout the competition.
System Support Officer
UnLtd Indonesia is an organization supporting early stage social enterprises and social entrepreneurs in Indonesia. It was established with a vision to develop supportive ecosystem that enables social enterprises to flourish in Indonesia and in the region. I joined UnLtd Indonesia during its start-up period and worked in a very small team. I worked closely with the Executive Director as a System Support Officer. My main responsibility was to provide support in logistical and administrative functions, including handling financial issues. I also helped in establishing selection criteria and assessment for the social enterprises to be incubated, developed impact measurement method and led an enterprise development program for one of the champions.

Indonesia Mengajar recruits, trains and sends best graduates to be deployed in various remote areas in Indonesia to teach in elementary school for one year. I was deployed in Langkahan, North Aceh to teach in SDN 2 Langkahan. My main responsibilities were to engage in curricular & extracurricular activities, community learning & engagement, and networking & advocacy activities related to education. I also liaised with direct partners, engaged and facilitated them to collaborate in activities related to or affecting the awareness towards education.
