Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, I am responsible for creating key content and messaging, education, launching and positioning of new Domikado products and enhancements including general plan for the outbond marketing activities and research, also understanding the market trends and customer needs in order to develop a strategy that effectively communicates the benefits of product releases and upates.
2014 - 2015
Brand Biznet Wifi
As a Brand Biznet Wifi that focused on developing new internet service generation based on Indonesian smartphone and tablet users perspective, I am responsible to lead the definition and execution of the product and features that will make us fulfilling their expectations of good internet connections also to become the leading internet service provider for retail segmentation among others.
Work closely with Biznet Top Management in order to ensure the key message of the new service is delivered as well. I am expecting to do include:
1. Monitoring the market trends regarding to the new service. Expected to do some short research of our consumer behavior and preferences while using internet.
2. Managing and supervise website, captive portal wording and social media content.
3. Overseeing a team of junior staff.
4. Deeply involved with Project, IS, Web Development, & Creative Multimedia also various departments related to the project.
5. Coordinate with various agency in order to arrange a long term comprehensive marketing tactics and strategies, channel payment also service distribution for customers.
6. Monthly, weekly, daily reports based on AP traffic, first experience while using the service, time based location, user gadgets, OS, payment, and time session so that we can always improve the way we develop the all brand new wifi service every time. Every single day in case needed.
2011 - 2014
Marcomm & Business Development
Work closely with sales team in order to extend Biznet brand and to ensure the service is delivered as well as required also generating sales especially in North & East Jakarta. Beside of that, I was responsible to plan and execute creative marketing activities and bring feedback to the management for our innovation and improvement in near future. I also contributed as an advisor for HFC & FTTH project expansion and monitoring the working condition of sales team, including providing recommendations for strategy in the field.
1. Building roadshow campaign and coordinator for BTL marketing activities of Jabodetabek area.
2. Banners and PoP materials placement in areas which already covered by Biznet infrastructures.
3. Free Hotspot for lifetime powered by Biznet.
4. Biznet Networks @ Jakarta Food Fashion Festival 2012-2014.
5. Biznet advertising and advertorial placement @ Infogading Infogading Group.
6. Project Extranet & Team Leader for Jabodetabek marketing campaign.
