The main work of this job is networking and meeting with clients to discuss their goals and recruitment campaign progress. Maintain the pool of candidates likes screening and shortlisting candidates before I invited them to interview. As a recruitment staff, I have to maintain a good relation within company and clients with achieving the target of human number. And I work 9 hours a day calling approximately more than 50 Indonesian and invited them to have an interview with my company. I have my own target at least 25 interviewer a day out of 20 interviewer that company needs me to do.
