PT. NuGlobe Solutions is a leading premier call center with world classes clients. The main work of this job is networking and meeting with clients to discuss their goals and recruitment campaign progress. Maintain the pool of candidates likes screening and shortlisting candidates before I invited them to interview. As a recruitment staff, I have to maintain a good relation within company and clients with achieving the target of human number. And I work 9 hours a day calling approximately more than 50 Indonesian and invited them to have an interview with my company. I have my own target at least 25 interviewer a day out of 20 interviewer that company needs me to do.

Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
