Marketing Support- Proactively responding to client queries and advise customers on EF programs building up the company brand by managing EF Homestay, Internship and Study Abroad pages that currently having 25.000 likes.Presenting EF programs at fairs and during open-houses. Helping promote and develop various marketing activities (online promotion, offline activities including event management) Customer Experience Management - Achieving excellent customer service by preparation/organization of the practicalities for more than 50 students associated with language courses at departure and after return and responding to client queries and advising customer on EF programs.
